Do you allow pets?
Although we are big fans of furry friends unfortunately not everyone share the same sentiment. To make a comfortable environment for all we are not allowing pets at this time.
Is parking or storage included in the rent?
Residential parking stalls are available for a monthly fee, a storage locker comes free of charge with each suite. For current pricing, please ask the rental agent.
Is there in-suite laundry?
Yes. All George suites are equipped with a washer and dryer.
Is there a place to store my bicycle(s)?
Yes. There is a secure bicycle storage room free for the use of residents.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is half of a month’s rent, due at the signing of the rental agreement.
How long is the lease for?
All George suites are rented as a month to month lease. There is a move-out fee if the rental term is less than 6 months. Please ask rental agent for current pricing.
Can I pay my rent with a credit card?
You can pay your rent by PAD pre-authorized debits, or post-dated cheques.
Do you rent furnished suites?
No, we do not have furnished suites available.
Can I smoke on the balcony?
No. Smoking is prohibited on the property. This includes all balconies, suites, building common areas, anywhere else on the property and within six metres of any building openings.
Can I have a BBQ on the balcony?
No. BBQs are not allowed on balconies.
How old is the building?
The George is a brand new build completed in Summer 2017. You can expect to enjoy quiet, efficient comfort in your well-insulated new rental home.
Can I sublease my apartment or list it on vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb?
Sorry! We do not permit any kind of subleasing.
